La chiave sta passando le vocali in base alla disposizione alfabeto.
The key is switching the vowels based on the alphabet arrangement. The letter 'y' is put into the vowels group because sometimes we read it as a vowel.
a --> e --> i --> o --> u --> y --> a
Esempio/example: Astari Pahlevi = Estero Pehlivo
Con passando queste vocali, abbiamo creato nuovo tipo di lingua.
By switching these vowels, we've created new kind of language.

Poi, passando anche i consonanti.
